Current Projects
Play for Progress
Encouraging School Attendance Through Joy.
In several government schools in and around Jodhpur, irregular attendance among children aged 5–12 continues to be a pressing concern. Many children miss school not because they lack ability but because school does not yet feel engaging or joyful.
The reasons are complex:
- Limited recreational facilities
- Low motivation and disengagement
- Domestic responsibilities at home
- Limited parental awareness about the importance of consistent schooling
For a young child, education must first feel welcoming before it becomes transformational.
Through our Play for Progress initiative, we are reimagining school spaces as environments of excitement and belonging.

- Installing child friendly playground equipment
- Providing sports materials such as Football, Frisbee & Badminton Rackets
- Encouraging structured play within school hours
- Creating moments of joy that make children want to return each day
When children look forward to school, attendance improves naturally.
When attendance improves, learning follows.
And when learning strengthens, futures expand.

These initiatives are currently in planning and will be implemented in phases with the support of our community and well wishers.
Skill & Self Reliance Centre
at Shaitan Singh Nagar, Lohawat
A skill development centre is being planned in SS Nagar, where women from the village will be trained in tailoring.
We aim to begin with a small batch and gradually build pathways for income generation and self reliance.
School Play Space Initiative
Based on requests from the school, we are working towards creating a play area with swings and a Table Tennis setup at Chandranagar Lohawat, encouraging physical activity and creating joyful spaces for children to grow and learn.
Classroom Support Initiative
We are planning to support a local school at Shaitan Singh Nagar with essential classroom furniture, including tables and chairs, to help create a more comfortable and structured learning environment for students.
