Rashmi Singh
Vision & Strategy
FounderRashmi Singh is the Founder of the Trust, driven by a deep commitment to service, legacy preservation, and social empowerment. Growing up with a close connection to rural communities, she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by village women and underprivileged families in achieving self-reliance and dignity. These experiences shaped her belief that sustainable change begins with empowerment, skill development, and compassion.
Inspired by the values of courage, service, and sacrifice exemplified by her grandfather, Param Vir Chakra awardee Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, Rashmi Singh envisioned a platform that not only honors national heroes but also translates their ideals into meaningful action. The Trust was established to support armed forces families, promote education and self-reliance, preserve national heritage, and extend care to vulnerable communities and living beings.
Alongside her social initiatives, Rashmi Singh is also an entrepreneur and the founder of Foutribags, a brand rooted in empowering rural artisans and preserving traditional craftsmanship. Her work seamlessly bridges heritage with livelihood generation, ensuring that dignity of work remains central to development.
Through the Trust, she continues to work towards building an inclusive, compassionate, and resilient society, where service to the nation, people, and all forms of life remains at the core.
